Currently, student visa holders are not able to travel to Australia. The University plans to accommodate all students whether they are learning on-campus or remotely. However, there are a few programs that have a heavy practical skills base where the most effective learning in specific subjects is achieved through in-person instruction. For those programs, it is difficult for continuing students to fully advance their studies at the requisite level solely through remote learning, and therefore they may need to complete catch-up practical classes and other activities on campus at a later date.

Level of study: Undergraduate
The Business Law degree gives students an understanding of both the commercial and legal world. It is a business degree with a large component of law. Students are able to gain an understanding of common law frameworks and international comparative law. It is relevant for students who see themselves working in a global context and provides students with the opportunity to investigate international comparative law.
The Faculty of Law delivers a rigorous curriculum that focuses on the academic development of students. Students are provided with the opportunity to gain practical skills such as negotiating, problem solving and oral communication in simulated professional environments.
About the program
The Bachelor of Business Law program provides an opportunity to combine legal subjects of particular interest with study in related business disciplines. The degree structure permits various combinations of law and non-law subjects (including the option of completing a business major), which enables you to design a program to meet your particular career interests.
Law is increasingly regarded as an excellent preparation for a wide range of careers and, with arts and sciences, is an important source of liberal education. Careers in politics, business, banking and finance, teaching, public service, industrial relations and international relations are among the many open to law graduates. Unlike the Bachelor of Laws degree, Bachelor of Business Law is not designed to provide a qualification for the professional practise of law.
On Campus and Remote
Due to current travel restrictions, this program will temporarily be delivered using a mixture of on-campus, remote and multi-modal classes to support and engage all students, from all parts of the world.
The September semester for this program will be delivered in a multi-modal format, with classes designed to support and engage all learners. Whether they’re on campus or abroad, all students will be able to access Bond’s exceptional and personalised learning experience through dynamic and interactive lectures, tutorials, seminars, workshops and lab sessions.
