Join us at ICE for our incredible Certificate III Patisserie course. You will be taught by award winning, first class patisserie and boulangerie teachers and you will be amazed at the facilities we share. The pastry kitchens are world-class and the brand new equipment and facilities are the best a student could dream of using and working in. We will teach you the skills you require to become the best pastry chef you can be, and we will help you make your dream a reality, and train you to become a fully qualified Chef Pâtissière.

Our patisserie course will open up endless opportunities for you to work as a pastry chef. The course is offered three days per week allowing you to work for the extra two days per week.

This qualification provides you with a pathway to work in various places where patisserie products are prepared and served such as patisseries, gourmet cafes, 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurants within Australia and around the world. The possibilities are almost limitless…
