Join us at ICE in 2020 for our first ever patisserie course. We will teach you the skills you require to become the best pastry chef you can be. We will help you make your dream a reality and train you to become a qualified patissiere.
Our patisserie course will open up endless opportunities for you to work as a pastry chef or specialist patissiere in a patisserie, gourmet cafe, 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant within Australia and around the world. The possibilities are almost limitless.
This qualification provides a pathway to work in various organisations where patisserie products are prepared and served, including patisseries, restaurants, hotels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.
This course is held 3 days per week over a year and at our award-winning school in Coorparoo. Classes will be delivered in our brand new, state of the art patisserie kitchen. It is delivered by our internationally renowned European pastry teachers.
