BSB52415 Diploma of Marketing and Communication applies to individuals with a sound theoretical knowledge base in marketing and communication and who demonstrate a range of managerial skills to ensure that functions are effectively conducted in an organisation or business area. Typically, they would have responsibility for the work of other staff and lead teams.

Exit Point/Award

Students that complete some but not all of the units of competency as stated in the Course Content and Structure may be issued with a Statement of Attainment. It will identify only those units of competence that have been completed as part of the qualification and recognised nationally under the AQF.

Entry criteria

Entry into BSB52415 Diploma of Marketing and Communication is limited to those individuals who have completed all core units in BSB42415 Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication. In addition to meeting the above entry requirements, international students must be 18 years of age or above and provide evidence of the following published entry requirements as stated below:

Entry to this qualification is limited to those individuals who have completed all core units in BSB42415 Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication

English Requirements

  • IELTS score 5.5 minimum (no lower than 5.0 in each band); or equivalent
  • Cambridge Exam - B1 (PET) or higher
  • ELSIS Online Placement test - Upper – Intermediate or higher
  • ELSIS courses - General English 12 weeks of Intermediate level or higher Completion of EAP 1 Completion of Cambridge course B1(PET)
  • External - Upper Intermediate Level Certificate
