The Advanced Diploma of Management (Human Resources) allows students to enter the exciting world of modern business. The skills gained will allow students access to a wide range of management employment opportunities and further educational options.
The Advanced Diploma of Management (HR) reflects the role of individuals working as human resource directors, strategists and national, regional or global human resource managers. They provide leadership and strategic direction in the human resource functions of an organisation. They analyse, design and execute judgements using a range of technical, creative, conceptual and/or managerial techniques.
It is delivered over 32 study weeks (students study two units in an 8 week term).

How you can do this depends on your passport and Education Sector, which determine your Assessment Level. Some levels can use the ACADEMIQUE test (80% or above) to establish their competence. Other levels need IELTS 5.5 or equal (or higher) or certified proof of successful Foundation, Certificate IV or higher studies. Students must be 18 years of age and over.
